Negligence Of The Client In Handling Emails: As the clients can easily contact the client, the client must be responsible for promptly responding to the mails sent by the writer. If a refund is requested in case of a delay due to the client’s negligence, the period will not be considered under the delayed period.
Material To Be Provided: In case of a customized order, the client is required to provide additional material to the writer to use in the content. A delay in content delivery will be experienced if the material being provided is inaccessible.
